This position offers significant opportunities for career advancement and professional growth while supporting critical missions and operations.Job Responsibilities:Conduct system assessments and prepare accreditation documentation that ensures compliance with DoD and Army cybersecurity policies. Identify risks and mitigations to enhance cybersecurity posture. Develop, review, and update RMF documentation, including SSPs and POA&Ms. Monitor the implementation and effectiveness of security controls to ensure ongoing security and compliance. Assist with security assessments and audits by providing evidence of compliance. Prepare and maintain key artifacts such as System Security Plans (SSPs), Security Assessment Reports (SARs), and Plans of Action and Milestones (POA&Ms) to support system authorization and ongoing risk management.Evaluate system vulnerabilities, perform security control assessments, and recommend mitigation strategies to reduce risk and ensure systems meet required security posture.Please note that this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
