Position: Line Cook
Responsibilities:
Prepare high-quality dishes according to Pearl's recipes and standards.
Adhere to proper food handling and sanitation standards at all times.
Work collaboratively with the culinary team to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
Execute menu items accurately and efficiently during peak service hours.
Maintain a clean and organized work station throughout the shift.
Assist in the development of new menu items and specials as needed.
Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Line Cook in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Solid understanding of culinary techniques, kitchen equipment, and food safety standards.
Ability to work well under pressure and in a team-oriented setting.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Culinary degree or certification is a plus, but not required.
