Marina Office Manager / Bookkeeper – Full Time
Busy marina seeking a reliable Office Manager / Bookkeeper with boating and/or marina experience. This role requires strong organizational skills, financial accuracy, and the ability to keep office and marina operations running smoothly.
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily office operations, scheduling, and slip assignments
Handle customer accounts, phone/email inquiries, and marina billing
Perform bookkeeping: invoicing, accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, payroll support
Maintain accurate records for customers, vendors, and compliance
Coordinate with yard crew and management to ensure efficient marina operations
Qualifications:
Experience in boating, marina management, or marine industry (preferred)
Office management and bookkeeping experience (QuickBooks or similar software)
Strong organizational and communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
Ability to multitask and problem-solve in a fast-paced waterfront environment
Professional, reliable, and customer-service oriented
