Integrated Care Management, a licensed Maryland provider of Home and Community-Based Services, is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative / Records & Quality Assurance Assistant to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct onboarding for new clients and employees.
Maintain accurate and confidential records for both clients and staff.
Ensure Medicaid documentation compliance and proper record retention.
Assist with payroll record management.
Track and update all Medicaid-required documentation on a periodic basis.
Support the quality assurance process to meet state and federal standards.
Qualifications
Strong attention to detail and record-keeping skills.
Familiarity with Medicaid documentation and compliance preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Prior experience in healthcare administration or related field is an advantage.
