You will serve as the primary point of contact for the Academy Director, COR and Academy TPOCs.

You will manage task order operations and contractor personnel, supervise on-going technical efforts, and ensure training requirements are met and all programs are adequately staffed.

You will have the authority to make decisions for the contractor’s organization in response to issues as well as be proactive in alerting the Government to potential contractual, programmatic, or resource limitation issues.

You will oversee Academy projects including project scoping, design, and assessment.

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

Active TS/SCI with Polygraph

A minimum of five years’ experience (with at least one year having occurred in the past five years) managing a contract/task order or program of similar scope to requirements identified.

A minimum of five years’ experience in scoping, designing, executing, monitoring, and evaluating projects.

Project Management Professional Certification (PMP)

Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited college or university in a field

Desired Qualifications:

Experience managing a geographically dispersed workforce.

Project Management Professional Certification and/or DAWIA PM Certification

Experience with the development of cyber-related training courses and curriculum and/or delivery of cyber-related training in the DoD.
