We are seeking a reliable and experienced Project Supervisor/Manager to oversee our commercial cleaning operations. In this role, you will manage cleaning crews, schedule and train staff, conduct site inspections, and serve as the primary point of contact for clients. You’ll ensure high-quality service, control supply and labor costs, and maintain compliance with safety standards.
Requirements:
2–5 years of supervisory experience in commercial cleaning, janitorial, or facilities.
Strong leadership, organizational, and customer service skills.
Knowledge of cleaning methods, equipment, and safety regulations.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
