Description We are looking for a Credit & Collections Manager to join our team in Baltimore, Maryland. This role involves managing all credit and collection activities, ensuring the implementation of policies and procedures, and maintaining customer relationships. The successful candidate will bring skills in Accounting Software Systems, Accounts Receivable, Billing Functions, Collection Processes, Credit Limit, and Collections.Responsibilities: Direct management of Accounts Receivable Team Implementation of policies and procedures related to credit, collections, customer support, and sales Management of customers with credit limits and accounts to ensure timely payments Review of new and existing customers for credit worthiness using various information sources Regular review of A/R reports and communication of any issues Customer visits and attendance at customer events Presentation at the manager meetingsRequirements Minimum of 5 years experience in a Credit/Collections Supervisor/Manager role or similar position Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems and ERP In-depth knowledge of Accounts Receivable (AR), Billing Functions, and Collection Processes Solid understanding of Credit and Credit Limit procedures Proven experience in managing Collections Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to analyze financial data and prepare financial reports High attention to detail and accuracy Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
