Financial Analyst - Reporting (Max $23/hr W2)

The Financial Control Group (FCG) is responsible for overseeing the accounting and financial and regulatory reporting for the Firm. FCG prepares external financial reports for public filings and regulators. For internal reporting FCG, along with Financial Planning and Analysis (FPA), summarizes, plans and forecasts the organization's financial position, including income statements, balance sheets, and analyses of future revenues, expenses and earnings. FCG is comprised of Business Unit Controllers, Infrastructure Controllers, Accounting, Regulatory and Reporting groups and Valuation Review.

This particular role will be with the Financial Advisor Compensation Team within the FCG, whose main function is to support Field Management. The candidate should have strong written and verbal communication skills with analytical abilities to investigate, explain and take corrective action when necessary. Analysis will include investigations across Business Units and interactions with Technology and Operations Teams.

- Education: Associate degree / Finance or related work experience

- 1-2 years' experience in Wealth Management or Financial Services industry

- Client Service orientated with the ability to establish and maintain effective relationships internally and externally to deliver world class service.

- Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a deadline driven environment

- Effectively communicate relevant information to audiences at various levels

- Must be detailed oriented and have problem solving skills

- Ability to prioritize effectively in periods of dynamic work volume and able to multi-task in a deadline driven environment.

- Proficient in MS Office and can quickly learn new technology.
