Aston Carter is looking for a Recruiting Specialist!Job DescriptionAs a Recruiting Specialist, you will administer health and welfare plans, including enrollments, changes, and terminations. You will process required documents through payroll and insurance providers to ensure accurate record-keeping and proper deductions. Your role will involve performing customer service functions by answering employee requests and questions, completing Forms I-9, verifying I-9 documentation, and maintaining I-9 files. You will submit online investigation requests and assist with employee background checks, reconcile benefits statements, and assist with processing terminations. Additionally, you will support the preparation of the performance review process and assist with the recruitment and interview process by posting openings on the company website, LinkedIn, and other job posting sites. You will source candidates, set up interviews with hiring managers, track the status of candidates in HRIS, and respond with follow-up letters at the end of the recruiting process. You will also schedule meetings and interviews as requested by hiring managers, make photocopies, mail, scan and email documents, and perform other clerical functions. Filing documents into appropriate electronic employee files, assisting or preparing correspondence, preparing new-employee files, processing mail, and other related duties are also part of this role.Hard Skills
