Senior Director, HTM Business Development

Unit DescriptionSodexo is seeking a Senior Director for Healthcare Technology Management (HTM) Business Development . In collaboration with the leadership team of the Healthcare segment, the Senior Director, HTM Business Development, will grow market share and implement an account development strategy to deliver sustainable and profitable growth. This is a remote position, providing the opportunity to work from a home office and travel as dictated by client and business needs. Travel may occur 25-50% of work hours.The successful candidate for this role will:

Build key strategic relationships that support account development

Collaborate with Sales and Client Executives to grow our new and cross-selling HTM business

Support Sales and Client Executives in lead generation and client-facing meetings

Increase segment market share and allow implementation of Sodexo’s HTM programs

Facilitate the sales process from Gate Zero through client signature and beyond, ensuring a successful client experience

Develop HTM expertise within the sales team through comprehensive training programs

Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex solutions clearly and persuasively to clients and internal stakeholders
