AECOM has an exceptional opportunity for an experienced SCADA Test & Commissioning Engineer. The position will be based at the MDOT Purple Line project office in Riverdale, MD. In this role, you will provide owner oversight of the testing and commissioning of Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) system including remote terminal units (RTU) and field interfaces providing control and monitoring of railway systems across the railway including fire alarm and security systems, tunnel ventilation, traction power, HVAC, elevator/escalators, and electrical systems. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, high levels of discretion, professionalism, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. The position will be required to be full-time in the project office in Riverdale, MD. Must be flexible in working hours and available to work at night or during weekends as needed to oversee testing.Key Responsibilities: Review and approve SCADA and integration test proceduresOversee execution of on-site SCADA and integration testingReview and approve SCADA and integration test reportsCollaborate with team members to achieve organizational goals and objectives Perform a variety of tasks related to SCADA testing and commissioning and systems integration Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of communications system testing and commissioning activitiesMaintain accurate records and documentationCommunicate effectively with colleagues, clients, and stakeholdersAdapt to changing priorities and deadlinesContribute to a positive work environment through teamwork and collaboration
