Foraged, a celebrated hyper-seasonal eatery nestled in the vibrant Station North district, is seeking a talented and dedicated General Manager to lead our team and oversee daily operations. Our award-winning restaurant specializes in Modern American cuisine with a strong focus on seasonal ingredients. With a commitment to sustainability, we source much of our produce and meats from local farms and foragers, creating a unique, seasonally inspired menu that evolves throughout the year.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead, train, and motivate a team of dedicated staff members, fostering a positive, equitable, and collaborative work environment.

- Manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and implement strategies to optimize profitability.

- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.

- Develop and execute marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness and attract guests.

Job Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a General Manager in a high-volume, seasonally inspired restaurant.

- Strong leadership and team-building skills, with a passion for mentoring, developing others, and promoting equity within the team.

- Knowledge of hyper-seasonal dining, sustainability practices, and local sourcing.

- Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

- Financial acumen, including experience with budgeting and cost management.

- A guest-first mindset, with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
