The position of Restaurant Operations Manager is a full-time salaried positions that involve working hands in hand with the ownership group, the culinary team, and the hourly staff to execute great service for our guests and uphold the highest standards at all times.

The ideal candidates possess the qualities listed below and maintain a high standard through all aspects of their working life.

Can work 45-50 hours per week.

100% Guest Service focused.

Works well with others and deals well in a team atmosphere.

Can direct staff well and can hold high standards.

Available days, nights, and weekends.

Puts a high value on ongoing training for staff as well as self.

Is financially knowledgeable and driven to help the business perform to its best ability.

Can meet deadlines for projects, as well as ongoing duties.

Can be hands on and take immediate action in a crisis.

Has some corporate restaurant/bar experience, but understands and enjoys being in an independent restaurant environment.

Has two verifiable references.
