The Role
The Server’s primary responsibility is to create an uncompromising dining experience throughout the guest’s visit. Our servers demonstrate genuine hospitality, work neatly and cleanly, and have the ability to multitask and work in a team environment. The Server answers questions about the menu, sells the restaurant's food and drinks, and communicates orders with the kitchen staff while maintaining a warm and friendly demeanor.

The Requirements
As a Server, we would love you to have:
At least 1-2 years of experience in restaurants as a server
Convey information and ideas with clarity and genuine warmth and hospitality
Knowledge and passion for italian food, wine and spirits a plus
Able to perform in a team serving environment
Must have a working knowledge of Micros or any POS system
High School Diploma or equivalent. Some college preferred
Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays – REQUIRED
Ability to stand during entire shift
Ability to lift 30 lbs
The Restaurant
Now open in Baltimore’s Harbor East neighborhood, Italian Disco is inspired by the casual Italian-American pizzerias and restaurants of the late 1970s and 80s. The newest opening from Atlas Restaurant Group offers classic Italian appetizers, sandwiches, and entrées for lunch, dinner, takeout and late-night. Executive chef Julian Marucci of the group’s neighboring restaurants Tagliata and The Elk Room serves signature Italian comfort food including house-made garlic bread, classic Italian meatballs, 16 varieties of wood-fired pizza, calzones + sandwiches, a selection of pastas and the Disco Burger topped with bacon, cheddar and garlic aioli. To drink, Italian Disco offers over 30 beers on draft alongside a selection of Italian wines and craft cocktails.
