OVERVIEW
The Office Manager is responsible to the unit General Manager for the overall operating efficiency of the office, administrative duties, and financial reporting which contributes to the overall profitability of the restaurant.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintain accounting standards within the established General Office Accounting Department policies and procedures.
Working with the General Manager to implement and maintain appropriate financial controls in the restaurant as needed—specifically, guest check controls and all aspects of cash controls. Processing of payroll thru ADP.
Administrate all aspects of Cash Management at the restaurant
Daily verification and deposits of cash
Transmission of daily credit card sales for processing
Timely processing of Unit billings and cards to assure collection within 30 days
Administer all accounting procedures for point of sale to include credit cards, unit billings/unit cards, coupons, gratuities, and cash handling.
Maintain established guidelines for sales book reporting and the reporting of accurate daily sales figures on a timely basis.
Accurate and timely completion of cost and expense reporting
Invoice processing in the proper period
Invoice payment in accordance to specified terms of invoice
Processing of branch disbursement checks, Inter-stores, and missing invoices
Extend the liquor and food inventory after the manager has completed the inventory.
Previous similar experience in a high volume restaurant preferred. Payroll and Accounting experience required.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
