Responsibilities:
Execute assigned menu items with precision and consistency
Ensure adherence to food safety and sanitation standards
Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new dishes and menus
Maintain inventory levels and assist with ordering as needed
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role
Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and practices
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Culinary degree or relevant certification preferred
