The Service Technician plays a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing post-installation inspections, repairs, and services on projects covered under warranty.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in exterior home systems, excellent customer service skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Conduct inspections on windows, doors, siding, and roofing to identify defects or installation issues.
- Perform adjustments, repairs, or replacements to exterior home systems.
- Ensure all work meets building codes, company standards, and warranty terms.
- Communicate with home owners to understand issues, set expectations, and explain warranty procedures.
- Provide timely updates to customers on the status of service requests and repair timelines.
- Maintain detailed records of inspections, repairs, and parts replaced through the company's services team.
