Position: Sheet Metal Helper
Location: Finksburg, MD
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Compensation: Based on experience | Paid weekly

What You'll Do:
As a Sheet Metal Helper, you'll play a key role in building high-performance HVAC systems. This is a hands-on position that offers opportunities for growth and cross-training across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Read and interpret engineering drawings and technical diagrams.
Operate equipment such as shears, press brakes, and punch presses.
Follow all safety protocols and contribute to a clean, organized work environment.
Collaborate with team members to enhance productivity and product quality.
Stay flexible — willingness to be cross-trained is a must.
What We’re Looking For:
Required:
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening (excluding THC).
Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Reliable, punctual, and eager to work.
Committed to following all safety, environmental, and workplace policies.
Preferred:
Prior experience in manufacturing or warehouse settings.
Familiarity with press brake and punch press machinery.
Mechanically inclined; confident using hand tools.
Forklift operation experience.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
