Permanent, part-time position for an assistant to a busy CPA.
Duties will include bookkeeping, account reconciliations, tax return prep/data entry, payroll tax returns, Excel and Word docs, communicating with clients, administrative tasks (mailing, paying bills, filing, researching).
Must be organized, detail-oriented, reliable, trustworthy, professional, and able to multi-task and work independently.
Experience with QuickBooks and/or tax preparation a plus.
Flexible schedule, average of 20 hours per week, M-F, not remote.
