Dalissa Events and Party Rentals and Dalissa Events Studio is looking for an Administrative Assistant. Responsibilities include the following:
Assisting the CEO in the completion of administrative tasks to include compiling reports. Managing accounts payables and receivables, interacting with clients and customers. Maintain filing system. Assist with tracking delivery teams and communications with the customer.
Perform duties as venue attendant on an as needed basis. Attendants manage events to ensure customer needs are addressed, respond to any issues during the event and ensure that clients leave the venue as stated in our contracts. Events primarily occur on the weekends and evenings.
Applicants must have good organizational skills and display a level of proactiveness to respond to CEO needs.
Perform other duties as required
Bilingual in Spanish.
Have a minimum of high school diploma, Associates degree a plus.
