A growing office in Baltimore, MD is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Full-Time Office Assistant to help keep operations organized and efficient. This is a steady role for someone who enjoys multitasking, staying proactive, and supporting a busy team.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support and assist with daily office workflow
- Answer phone calls and emails in a professional manner
- Keep files and records organized and up to date
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and partners as needed
- Help with scheduling, data entry, and other office tasks
- Occasionally deliver supplies or documents to nearby locations and handle light lifting (25–40 lbs)
Requirements:
- Prior office experience is preferred
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Access to a vehicle for occasional errands or site visits
- Bilingual in English/Spanish is a strong plus
- Comfortable with occasional lifting when needed
