Bilingual Office Manager (Spanish) needed to provide a variety of administrative support including clerical, secretarial, social media and organizational tasks.
Duties include, but not limited to:
Answering and directing phone calls, responding to emails, and writing and distributing correspondence Organizing and scheduling appointments and meetings, and managing calendars Creating and editing documents, maintaining filing systems, and updating information in databases and spreadsheets Providing general support to visitors, acting as a point of contact for clients, and assisting with event planning and coordination Ordering office supplies, researching new deals and suppliers, maintaining contact lists, booking travel arrangements, and submitting and reconciling expense reports Planning, creating, and publishing content that's true to the brand's identity.This can include written and visual content across multiple platforms. To develop a social media strategy that aligns with the company's goals.They have the final say on which platforms to use and what kind of content to create. Building and moderating social media communities by responding to comments and keeping members engaged.They also monitor trends and competitor performance. Analyzing and reporting on the performance of social media marketing campaigns, monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) like link clicks and likes.
