Property Management Company has opening for a new Team Member to show our rental properties.
We have a current portfolio of 600+ managed properties in the Baltimore Metro area. We manage and rent single family homes, apartments, condos, townhomes, and rowhomes.
We have the clients and schedule the showings, just need you to show the property and get it rented.
We pay a showing fee to show the property and if you rent the property, we will pay a commission of half the rent. If the rent is $1800.00 then the commission is $900.00
Must have the following.
Leasing or Real Estate experience
Reliable vehicle
