Chaconia Homes LLC is a relatively new property management company and is looking for a manager in the Baltimore City to be part of this company with a potential for high growth. We are looking for an experienced Property Manager to join our team.
Two or more years of experience in property management, including tenants placements, leases, rent collection, properties maintenance, filing for unlawful detainer and dealing with the City and Court system for collection of rents and eviction process. Capability to drive in the area will be required.
Part time and flexible hours and working from home is possible.
Start date is as soon as possible.
