We are seeking a retail sales associate who is looking to gain experience in the fashion industry with a position in clothing and apparel retail.
Requirements:
- Fluent in English. Skills with other languages is a benefit.
- Experience with retail sales is preferred. Fashion retail experience is preferred, not required.
- Experience with customer service and customer interaction.
- Basic math skills for processing transactions.
Duties:
- Greeting and interacting with customers
- Answering questions and assisting customers
- Keeping retail area clean and organized
- Making sure the right amount of inventory is displayed
- Creating new customer accounts
- Completing purchases with a POS system
- Bagging purchases for customers properly
Schedule: 1 - 4 weekends per month. 4 - 20 hours/week as needed.
Compensation: Starting at $16/hour. This is a full commission position with an hourly minimum guarantee of $16/hour. You will earn 10% commission on all sales pre-tax. If you earn less that an average of $16/hour for a work day, you will be compensated the difference.
