Imagine this In 2019, we did $122mill in revenue. Two months into 2020, the world changes, and within one week we took our business from being 100% face to face in the home with families to 85% VIRTUAL (currently 90%+). That meant changing every script, process, mindset, and in essence, turning the Titanic. This transition to virtual will be the single greatest catalyst for our agent's ability to exponentially increase their income. While the vast majority of the industry experienced massive decline or were acquired over the last two years, we increased our revenues 36% to $166mill in 2021 and another 35% to $205mill in 2022.
