Location: Baltimore (50-unit apartment)
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Start Date: April 1, 2025
Pay: $21 per hour (paid every two weeks)
Westpark Maintenance is hiring a full-time Maintenance Person for a 50-unit apartment in Baltimore. We are looking for a reliable and skilled candidate with the following qualifications:
✅ At least 3 years of experience in maintenance work
✅ A valid driver’s license
✅ Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general repairs
✅ Ability to work independently and respond to maintenance requests promptly
✅ Must pass a reference check
