Hiring a full-time Maintenance Person for a 50-unit apartment in Baltimore. We are looking for a reliable and skilled candidate with the following qualifications:
At least 3 years of experience in maintenance work
A valid driver’s license
Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general repairs
Ability to work independently and respond to maintenance requests promptly
Must pass a reference check
