Dominion Management manages 850 row homes in Baltimore City. We have a hard-working maintenance team that is dedicated to providing our tenants with superior service when it comes to their homes. We are looking for a self-starter to join our team as a Maintenance Technician. This position will report directly to our Maintenance Manager.
Applicants must have an active driver’s license and a reliable vehicle.

General carpentry skills
Plumbing - set toilets, changing faucets, installing plumbing trim, etc.
Electrical - changing outlets, switches, installing fixtures, etc.
Installing cabinets
Hanging doors
Laying flooring
Drywall patching
Painting
Light demo
Light Framing
Punchout Items
Light concrete and landscaping
Must Possess:
Good Communication and Time Management Skills
Team Player Attitude
Great Work Ethic
Detail Oriented
Valid Driver’s License and Vehicle Required
