This position will support the planning, deployment, and operations of several endpoint security solutions. The candidate should have a deep understanding and technical experience in one or more of the following areas Cyber Security, Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR), Intrusion Prevention Systems (IPS), Host-based Firewalls, Endpoint Hardening, across a hybrid environment. As a member of our security team, you will play a role in securing and protecting the endpoints and network against emerging threats in a large global organization.CANDIDATE PROFILEEducation and ExperienceRequired : Bachelor’s degree, Certification(s) or equivalent experience in Information Security, Cyber Security, or related field(s). Minimum of 5 years’ experience in endpoint security, implementation, and management of a large environment with a broad exposure to various operating systems and networks Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience in the design, implementation, and optimization of endpoint security solutions, including but not limited to Anti-malware, Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR), Application Controls, Host Intrusion Detection/Prevention (HIDS/HIPS), and Host-Based Firewalls. Strong understanding of malware, attack vectors, vulnerabilities, and outbreak containment strategies. Solid experience across multiple operating system platforms – Windows, Linux, and macOS.Preferred : Knowledge of common information security management frameworks such as NIST, FIPS-140, CSA, and an understanding of relevant legal and regulatory requirements for PCI-DSS Current related Information Security Certification (e.g. Security+, CISM, or other) Experience with Networking concepts, protocols, and security methodologies. Knowledge of cybersecurity and privacy principles and organizational requirements (relevant to confidentiality, integrity, availability, authentication) Knowledge or experience with scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python, VBScript) to automate security tasks and processes. Skills in root cause analysis, troubleshooting, and problem solving. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, excellent written, verbal, and communication skills. Knowledge or experience with SSO, Active Directory, Entra, SAML, APIs, and identity integration Knowledge of risk management processes (e.g., methods for assessing and mitigating risk) Knowledge of cyber threats, vulnerabilities, and indicators of compromise Experience with Service Now tickets, reports, and process development.DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Design, deploy, and manage information security endpoint controls enterprise-wide in a large environment. Apply ITIL or other technology management practices to endpoint security deployments and solutions. Document details and processes surrounding the implementation, operations, and maintenance activities as needed. Supports management, service development and improvement initiatives. Work independently to problem solve, troubleshoot, and remediate endpoint security issues.Maintaining Goals Submits reports in a timely manner, ensuring any delivery deadlines are met. Collaborates and provides input and assistance to across all teams engaged regarding projects.Managing Work, Projects, and Policies Manages and implements work and projects as assigned. Generates and provides accurate and timely results in the form of reports, presentations, etc. Analyzes information and evaluates results to choose the best solution and solve problems.Additional Responsibilities Demonstrates self-confidence, positive energy, willingness and enthusiasm. Flexible and able to perform relevant and reasonable duties assigned by their manager.The salary range for this position is $84,900 to $148,100 annually.
