Job DescriptionInstall, configure, and administer enterprise storage systems from multiple vendors to include, but not limited to, Dell EMC and Quantum Install, configure, and administer Rubrik server and client software. Administer Cisco Brocade fibre channel switch fabrics. Configure single initiator zone sets and monitor switch utilization and performance Create and secure SMB file shares Coordinate with server administrators to create, secure, and mount NFS exports Develop and implement Disaster Recovery and Continuity of Operations plans in accordance with customer requirements Install, configure, maintain, and administer Linux and Windows servers in support of storage operations such as Rubrik, Media, DSM and Master servers Build capacity management dashboards that improve visibility into enterprise storage use, health, resilience, and provide ongoing resources for planning for enterprise infrastructure lifecycle replacement Configure Rubrik policies. Troubleshoot and resolve backup job failures Coordinate with vCenter administrators to provision Storage Area Network (SAN) resources to VMWare ESX cluster datastores as required Configure and manage volume snapshots. Assist customers with point-in-time file restores Coordinate with Change Management to deconflict and schedule hardware maintenance activities, system and firmware updates, and other configuration changes Resolve tier 2 and tier 3 service requests Identify opportunities to automate operations.   • Summary The Intelligence Community (IC) Chief Information Office (CIO) is responsible for advancing the Intelligence Community\'s mission by driving secure collaboration, integration, and information sharing; identifying and addressing information enterprise risks; and providing strategic leadership and oversight of the IC\'s enterprise architecture and enterprise information technology. Responsibilities Serve as a principal advisor to the IC Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) on all info system security matters and is a subject matter expert in applying ICD 503, CNSS 1253, and NIST SP 800-53. - Oversee the implementation of a Zero Trust (ZT) Framework to be applied across the IC. Align ZT efforts with Federal and DoD strategic planning and guidance documents such as EO 14028, National Defense Authorization Act for FY 2022, OMB M-22-09, NMM-2022-01, DoD Zero Trust Reference Architecture v2.0, DoD ZT Strategy and Roadmap, and NIST SP 800-207, Zero Trust Architecture. Collaboratively lead development of performance measures and metrics to track and report on IC element ZT maturity and roadmap progress; proactively identify risks and issues to community progress. Plan, develop, and implement IC security processes to ensure they operate effectively and are compliant with the Federal Information Systems Security Management Act (FISMA) and other relevant policies, guidelines, and procedures. Provide lead oversight of the IC\'s Cybersecurity Performance Evaluation Model (CPEM) program to ensure quarterly CPEM metrics are collected, analyzed, and reported to the IC Chief Information Security Officer (CISO), IC Chief Information Officer (CIO), and senior ODNI leadership.
