Job Title: SuperintendentJob DescriptionOversee 3-4 interior renovation projects ranging between $2M-$6M each at the NIH Bethesda campus. All projects are in close proximity to each other on the campus. Responsibilities include managing subcontractors and daily interactions with government customers, ensuring quality control and safety. The role involves planning, assigning, and directing work according to the project scope, inspecting work in progress to confirm adherence to quality standards and applicable codes, and managing scheduling and commissioning of newly installed systems as required. Additional responsibilities include reviewing project specifications, overseeing the hiring of subcontractors, and developing Quality Control and Health & Safety procedures for federal projects.Hard Skills

Work SiteThis is a fully on-site position in Bethesda, Maryland.Work EnvironmentThe position is based in the Washington DC area, where you will support various federal agencies including GSA, USACE, NAVFAC, and the Smithsonian.
