DescriptionThe Intelligence Group of Leidos is seeking a Policy and Strategy Analyst to support an Intelligence Community (IC) program in Bethesda, MD. Successful candidates in this position will collaborate with a diverse group of individuals across the Intelligence Community, Department of Defense, and Private Sector and will directly contribute to development and implementation of policy and strategy. An Active TS/SCI with polygraph security clearance is required to be considered for this position.Primary Responsibilities
Keep abreast of IC and DoD data and related strategies, business goals, objectives, and performance targets, and make recommendations to keep the Sponsor’s strategy aligned accordingly
Craft the next IC Data Strategy and develop implementation plans and key performance indicators
Engage with stakeholders
Assist government client with programmatic goals and objectives, schedules, and reports to high-level government officials
Communicate technical topics to non-technical senior audiences
Portfolio Management - Monitor and analyze portfolio data and present findings and recommendations to aid Sponsor decision-making, to include proposed strategies and/or roadmaps; identified risks, gaps, and dependencies; alignment with the strategic framework and priorities; and funding and related program issues
Performance Management – ensure the strategy is effectively and efficiently pursued, using best practices and benchmarking in business and mission analytics
Review and evaluate existing IC policy, identify gaps
Basic Qualifications
TS/SCI with CI Polygraph required.
Requires BA and 12 - 15 years of relevant experience or master’s with 10 - 13 years of relevant experience.
Draft products that reflect strong writing and grammatical skills.
Detail oriented; able to consistently deliver high quality products in a timely fashion
Experience writing policy.
Working knowledge of data and AI topics.
Skill in developing collaborative information and knowledge sharing networks and build alliances with colleagues and counterparts within area of expertise.
Work with seniors in a diverse, fast-paced, multi-task environment and manage competing priorities.
Demonstrate strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
