Collaborating regularly with our Campaigns and Regional teams, the Program Associate reports to the Program Director, Campaigns and supports a variety of workplace giving and campaign services that drive funding to EarthShare and our growing Nonprofit Network. Campaign services support includes review and submission of Nonprofit Partner and federation campaign applications, campaign event and speaker coordination, analysis and reporting on campaign performance, and various other forms of campaign support. In addition, the Program Associate will assist EarthShare’s Regional Directors by interacting directly with clients to provide training, onboarding and general account management support for clients leveraging EarthShare’s suite of CSR tools.

The Program Associate will be a detail-oriented, customer-focused professional who has experience with client services, event coordination, and account management. As part of a highly cross-functional team, the Program Associate will work closely with all program areas to advance EarthShare’s mission. EarthShare seeks candidates who are motivated and can contribute to our work of driving impact for the environmental community. The ideal candidate will bring a passion for the nonprofit sector; a positive, engaging demeanor; active curiosity about discovering new ways to improve our services and drive support for the nonprofits protecting our planet; and experience in customer service and event coordination.

What You’ll Do

  • Work directly with Nonprofit Partners utilizing EarthShare’s campaign services by providing application support and ongoing consultation.
  • Review Nonprofit Partner and federation documentation for accuracy.
  • Support the growth of workplace giving by identifying new campaign opportunities.
  • Coordinate workplace giving campaign event and speaker participation.
  • Represent EarthShare at virtual and in-person campaign events, presentations, and meetings, as needed. Public speaking may be required.
  • Handle account management support for EarthShare business clients by providing online demonstrations, onboarding processes, and general client support.
  • Identify new business opportunities by identifying the needs and goals of business clients.
  • Maintain accurate inventory of campaign marketing materials and incentives for shipping and reordering purposes.
  • Fulfill requests for campaign marketing materials by expected deadlines.
  • Update and maintain accurate information in Salesforce and Andar databases.
  • Provide administrative support, as needed.
  • Positively contribute to the organization’s culture, accountability, transparency, and impact

  • Proactive problem-solver with the ability to think strategically and anticipate Nonprofit Partner, business client and workplace giving campaign needs.
  • Experience and comfort with event coordination, public speaking and event hosting (in person and virtual).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce.
  • Comfort with adopting and learning new technologies.
  • Exceptional written, oral, and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, self-directed, and fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborative working style with an ability to build consensus.

Salary, benefits and how to apply

This is a full-time remote position, with the ability to travel as needed, with a starting salary of $40,000 and a 35-hour week.
