Starting now we need 1 cleaning maintenance tech to clean buildings consisting of: blowing parking lots, polishing elevators, sweeping cleaning elevator and lobby floors, picking up trash, etc. 5 days a week Mon-Fri 8 am till approx 3, some days may be later. This is a seasonal job until approx. Sept. 15. Must have a valid drivers license with a good record. Must be reliable showing up every day needed. You would come to the office and get a truck to take to OC for work. No drop off /pick ups. No Worcester County ride.
