The Intel and Cyber Division is assembling a team of network engineers, systems engineers, Unified Communications Engineers, and Integration Engineers, change management specialists, information assurance professionals, and procurement personnel knowledgeable in SCRM processes to support a program that provides critical network capabilities. To be successful, you must be able to rapidly adapt and learn how to operate the front and back end of new products and processes.Responsibilities:The duties and responsibilities of the Logistics Analyst include, but are not limited to, the following:
Provide logistics expertise while coordinating with diverse skillsets.
Conduct property inventory of all government furnished equipment and assigned property supporting various efforts.
Review property accountability supporting documents (DD Forms 1149, DD Form 1150, DD Form 1348, etc.).
Oversee equipment delivery and property transfers between government entities.
Provide recommendations with regards to best practices and develop new processes to increase performance and efficiency.
Be the focal point of ongoing operations and rapid delivery of equipment and services to the customer.
Ensure orders are fulfilled rapidly and on time to meet project schedules.
Requirements:
Experience with Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Word, Outlook, and SharePoint.
Exceptional attention to detail; excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong organizational skills; critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
Ability to operate a government vehicle
Must be able to remain in a stationary position (50%)
Must be able to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
Must be able to constantly operate a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine, and computer printer
Must be able to frequently communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations, and to exchange accurate information in these situations
Must be able crouch, kneel, or stoop for the intention of performing inventories
Must be able to read fine print
Must be able to lift 50 pounds unaided
Must be able to physically relocate equipment and property
Ability to travel up to 25%.
Clearance Required:
Must have active Top Secret clearance with SCI or TS with the ability to acquire SCI
