The Sales & Marketing Associate will help maintain and grow Mogul Realtors’ existing business opportunities within our geographical area to expand our sales opportunities. Typical responsibilities include the following:
Cold & warm sales calls, follow up and database management.
In coordination with our agents, identify and qualify sales inquiries to convert leads to appointments so agents can respond to customers quickly and efficiently.
Assist in turning prospective clients into qualified real estate leads by following up via phone calls and email and facilitating communication and adding them to the sales pipeline.
Input up-to-date information on clients into the database system so agents have the most accurate and current data.
Track monthly performance and sales key metrics to ensure goals are met.
Assist with Mogul Realtors social media presence and content through our website, mailings, Instagram, and Facebook.
Attend weekly meetings with CEO and real estate agents.
Miscellaneous projects as assigned.
