Leidos is seeking qualified candidates in a proposal effort to join our Engineering and Technical Support team, who will manage enterprise operations and deliver IT architecture modernization in support of the Department of the Navy. If awarded to Leidos, positions would be available in the Washington, DC Metro area and other locations across the US and abroad.

Information Technology Asset Management

Primary Responsibilities

Provide support as follows:

  • Manage and maintain the inventory database and records of information such as licenses, locations, and warranties for the enterprises software and hardware
  • Ensure compliance with vendor contracts by carrying out effective planning and monitoring and working with hardware assets and software license.
  • Collecting, documenting, and maintaining inventory
  • Develop and implement IT Asset Management strategies, process and procedures, work instructions, and schedules
  • Review and approve documents and ensure site compliance with all applicable policies and regulations
  • Establish, maintain, and communicate all IMS policies and procedures on inventory, materials management, property management, and asset tagging
  • Assist and support any internal or external audits
  • Complete and maintain all required reporting to government and other customers.
  • Champion and facilitate training of personnel


Minimum Requirements
  • Must have an active Top Secret/SCI security clearance.
  • Bachelor's of Science degree in IT, Business, Finance with 3 years of relative experience; or 5 or more years of related experience; and 3 or more years in management in lieu of degree.
  • Required certifications: At least one of the following: ITIL Practitioners Certificate, Security+, CAPM within one year,
  • CISSP, or CASP.
