Manages test operations and assigned team to ensure the successful development and execution of test plan.
Translates system, software, performance, network and interface requirements to identify impacts for testing.
Confirm requirements analysis performed by team to validate test level of effort.
Coordinates/collaborates with stakeholders to clarify requirements and validate design and development effort to the customer's requirements.
Execution and management of testing activities including planning and developing of scripts (manual, automation).
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree (Information Technology, Computer Science/Engineering or related degree).
3+ years of leading test operations and team.
7+ years of relevant work experience in the job offered, Systems/Programmer Analyst.
Experience working in agile teams in a large IT transformation program, supporting DevOps practices in Federal Agencies/Environment including US Census Bureau.
Experience in test plan development.
Experience working with relational, structured or unstructured databases, industry standard reporting and/or Business Intelligence solutions.

Programming/Scripting Language (JAVA/ VBSCRIPT / PERL / PYTHON)
