The successful candidate must be highly self-motivated with a passion for excellence, attention to detail, great communication skills and an interest in process improvement. This position will be responsible for supporting our customer’s system that is installed on-site in Suitland, MD.
• Install periodic software deliveries
• Ensure physical and network security
• Support cyber security evaluations (i.e. scanning)
• User helpdesk support
• Emergent software and hardware repairs
• Tracking and replacement of obsolete hardware and software
• Hardware technology refreshment
• Issue tracking
• Work closely with the engineering team to resolve engineering issues as needed
