We are seeking a Scientist – Analytical Characterization to support the formulation and process development of biotherapeutic products. This is a hands-on, laboratory-based role focused on executing analytical methods and performing comprehensive characterization of candidate molecules using a range of biophysical, biochemical, and particulate techniques. This position supports molecules across the full development lifecycle—from preclinical and early-phase studies through late-stage development and commercialization. The Scientist will also contribute to data analysis, reporting, and laboratory operations.ResponsibilitiesKey responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Support development of parenteral formulations for biologic modalities including monoclonal antibodies, antibody-drug conjugates, proteins, mRNA, and vaccinesPerform analytical characterization to assess stability and quality attributes using techniques such as:HPLC (SE-HPLC, IEX, HIC, RP-HPLC)Capillary electrophoresis (CGE, iCE)Spectroscopic methodsLight obscuration and microflow imagingExecute additional biochemical and biophysical assays as neededCollaborate with cross-functional teams to support formulation optimization and candidate progressionPrepare and present data summaries, technical reports, and project updatesMaintain accurate documentation using systems such as Empower and electronic laboratory notebooks (ELNs)Support lab operations including reagent ordering, equipment maintenance, and inspection readinessContribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the laboratory
