Collections Specialist

Description We are seeking a Collections Specialist to join our team in Beverly, Massachusetts. This role involves processing customer credit applications, maintaining accurate customer records, and resolving customer inquiries. An integral part of the team, you will also monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action. This role offers a short-term contract employment opportunity.Responsibilities: Efficiently process customer credit applications utilizing Accounting Software Systems Maintain accurate customer credit records and ensure data integrity in CRM and Epic Software Handle customer inquiries related to their credit applications and resolve them in a timely manner Utilize ADP - Financial Services to monitor customer accounts and initiate action when necessary Administer billing functions and ensure accuracy in all transactions Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) and ensure all payments are processed on time Respond to inbound calls from customers, providing excellent customer service and resolving queries Oversee claim administration and ensure all claims are processed in accordance with company policies Implement and adhere to collection processes, ensuring all collections are conducted in a professional manner Utilize Accurint to conduct necessary checks and verifications for credit applications. Requirements Demonstrated proficiency in Accounting Software Systems Experience with Accurint software Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services Proficiency in CRM management Experience with Epic Software Knowledge of Accounts Receivable (AR) processes Experience in Answering Inbound Calls Ability to handle Billing Functions effectively Experience in Claim Administration Familiarity with Collection Processes Ability to communicate effectively in a professional setting Strong problem-solving abilities Excellent time-management skills High level of accuracy and attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information Excellent customer service skills Strong ability to negotiate and resolve conflicts Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
