Collaborates with nurse managers, staffing assistants to assign staff based on identified needs, acuity and staff competency, places staff on call as needed and proactively meets the needs of the departments during periods of high census, acuity or vacant positions. Maintains personnel data in electronic databases. Develops and compiles statistical data and reports as requested.Education/Experience:High School or equivalent required.
