Seeking a full time bookkeeper / office manager with extensive QuickBooks desktop and Microsoft Office experience. You will be providing bookkeeping services to several operating businesses and one family. Services include but are not limited to: all aspects of accounts payable entering invoices, check runs, checking vendor statements, recording sales data in Excel and QuickBooks, bank reconciliations, recording payroll data in QuickBooks, and assisting business managers, executives and executive assistant with other tasks as needed. You will also be responsible for maintaining the appearance of the office, ordering supplies and greeting guests.
Preference will be given to any candidate who is QuickBooks certified.
We are a hardworking, but casual and friendly office. This is not a remote position.
