Construction Solutions Inc. is a locally owned and operated general contracting company serving Massachusetts, Southern New Hampshire and Southern Maine. We’re looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Office Administrator & Bookkeeper to join our team and help keep our operations running smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day office operations, phone calls and emails
- Schedule meetings, maintain company calendar and support project managers
- Perform bookkeeping tasks including accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations and expense tracking
- Prepare invoices, process payments and manage vendor accounts
- Assist with payroll processing and employee records
- Maintain accurate project files and documentation
- Support leadership with reports, proposals and general administration
Qualifications
- Previous experience in office administration and bookkeeping required
- Proficiency with QuickBooks (or similar accounting software)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in the construction industry a plus, but not required
