Local manufacturing client seeks experienced Office Administrative Assistant to provide support in their busy manufacturing plant. We are looking for an energetic and positive person to join family owned and operated company to provide support in all administrative and clerical duties including:
Assist management team with tasks
Handle busy multi-line phones
Manage mail items
Create office literature
Greet visitors
Update lease and proposals for commercial properties
Requirements:
The hired candidate must have 5+ years experience in an admin role.
Experience with Bookkeeping tasks
Must have strong computer skills, and ability to provide support in a fast paced environment.
Must have ability to multi task and switch gears, handling multiple projects as needed.
Associates degree or employment equivalent.
