Part-Time Employee for Bookkeeping & Office Work

Small home-based business seeks an energetic, reliable, detail-oriented and experienced bookkeeper to assist our small business for 10 hours per week. Weekday schedule will vary depending on workload and needs and will be worked out to the mutual benefit of both parties. Must be a non-smoker, have excellent attention to detail and possess exceptional administrative and clerical skills, and be prepared to work collaboratively in a small, home-based environment. Most of the time, the work will be done remotely except for when the owners are traveling.

We are looking for someone who can help organize our office, prepare us for taxes, create and maintain invoices, maintain files and mailing lists, answer phones and help with other office-related tasks. The ability to multi-task, as well as proficiency in Word and Excel are a must, as is a passion for detail, and exceptional organizational skills. Knowledge of Desktop QuickBooks and Right Networks is a real plus. We are looking for someone who is sunny, cooperative, and laid-back.
