Experienced Bookkeeper/Office Manager 2-3 days per week in office
Experienced Bookkeeper with Office Management experience needed for min 2 days a week in office. Work ranges from 10-15 hours per week. Must have flexibility if we need you more often or less often depending on the time of year. Must be accurate, knowledgeable, have neat handwriting, extremely detailed & organized with a strong understanding of accounting, not just entering data.
This position requires handling the fundamental aspects of financial record keeping, includes recording financial transactions, managing accounts payable and receivable, reconciling bank statements, and recording monthly, quarterly & annual tax forms, etc. We are a national company and need the candidate to have experience with Nexus in other states regarding sales tax.
Requirements: Minimum of 10 years experience in Bookkeeping/Office Management.

Responsibilities:
Accounting knowledge, not just data entry.
Advanced knowledge of Quickbooks Pro ONLINE
Enter all vendor Purchase Orders & Invoices
Prepare all vendor invoices due for payment
Reconcile Bank & Credit Card Statements
Match vendor invoices to internal purchase orders
Work on all change order revisions
Prepare and submit weekly reports
Follow up on payments due, etc.
Filing of all documents
Reports: Open invoices, Balance sheet, Income Statement, Profit & Loss, Cash Flow, Job Profitability, etc.
Payroll:
Input and process payroll (ADP)
Manage:
401K, BCBS plan
