Staff Accountant
A Pharmaceutical Equipment Distributor in Easton, MA has an immediate position available for a part-time Staff Accountant. Flexible hours and days, up to 30 hours a week.
Primary responsibilities include:
Payroll preparation through ADP
Sales and use tax returns
Invoicing and accounts receivable collections
Accounts payable functions
Bank account reconciliation
Monthly budget to actual expense analysis
Qualified candidates should be able to work independently as well as within a team, be proficient with Excel, experience with Microsoft Navision, Business Central, ADP experience a plus, good communication skills, be organized and motivated. The position requires a minimum of 5 years accounting experience.
