We are currently seeking a highly qualified automotive facility manager to spearhead this expansion and take our operations to new heights. As the manager of our automotive center, you will play a pivotal role in driving daily operations, fostering a positive and safe work environment for our team, and exploring new avenues for growth and service enhancement.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership: Leading our team by example, promoting workmanship, quality, and exceptional customer service, while providing guidance and motivation for continuous improvement.

Financial Oversight: Managing department finances, including payroll budgeting and pricing strategies, while fostering strong vendor relationships to optimize costs.

Client Satisfaction: Upholding our commitment to delivering professional and effective service and nurturing strong client relationships. Develop new revenue streams for the department.

Collaborative Management: Regularly engaging with the management team to provide insightful updates and participate in collective decision-making processes.

Facility Maintenance: Ensuring the facility maintains a clean and professional appearance at all times.

Other duties as needed.

Qualifications:

Valid Driver’s License

Experience in Automotive Mechanical and Collision Repair Business

Proven track record in client acquisitions

Proficiency in automotive software and basic computer skills

Preferably, an Auto Damage Appraiser License

Solid leadership and management experience
